The recently revived Casablanca has been putting out all sorts of forward thinking dance records and I stumbled across this album from The Young Professionals thathad been totally off my radar. The album 9PM to 5PM, 5PM to Whenever  isn’t as strong as some of the other material Casablanca’s been putting out (Crystal Castles, Scissors, Ladyhawke) and the lyrics are clunky enough to make you think they’re not singing in their native tongue….but there’s good stuff on here and one song in particular that jumped out at me. Probably the most sedate of the album’s tracks (most are along the lines of  lead single”D.I.S.C.O.” which should be self-explanatory) I think “With Me”, with it’s lo-key Postal-Servicey twinkles, is my favorite.
